Schools Out

It's summer again, and the girls are just about out of school. Jaimie is done, and Cathy has about a week left. Jaimie didn't waste any time getting busy having fun. Her first order of business was to head out on the Junior raft trip down the Yampa and Green Rivers. Sounds like they had fun even thought it stayed damp most of the time since not only was the river wet, but it also rained most of the time.

The scenery is pretty spectacular with steep windy canyons, and lots of red sandstone cliffs. It was a four day trip all together with lots of friends and several Golden High teachers leading the trip.

Jaimie and Cathy will be traveling back east to visit family in two weeks, and then it's off to Australia for a couple of weeks. Guess I'll be bach'ing it for a while.
