She's Baaaaack!

Santa brought us a little extra present from down under this Christmas. That's right...Bec is back in town.

It's been a busy holiday season all around. First there was the traditional tree cut. We had a guest from Cincinnati along on that trip. It was good ol' Flat Stanley who decided to help out with the chainsaw this year.

There were parties to attend and book signings with my hero "Sara Palin". Did you know that you can't see Russia from Golden? We did have a good discussion on our favorite country (Paris).

Since then we have been trying to keep Bec out of mischief. No sooner had she exited the plane then we whisked her off to the Zoo Lights display at the Denver Zoo. It was pretty cold that night so she got frozen pretty quick in her little cloth sneakers. There has also been skating up at Keystone, and tubing at Winter Park on the way to a weekend at Steamboat Springs. Seems like she's having a good time and has spent time with former high school and exchange program friends. She'll be here for a couple more weeks and then back to Australia.
