Technical Difficulties

I know there's some whining going on out there. "Where's the latest post? Why hasn't he put anything new up? I want pictures!"



Well I'm just a bummed as you since it appears that I have lost all the most recent Labor Day and elk hunting shots. They were downloaded from the camera to the laptop, and reviewed. Four days later the three new folders that I created for these pictures are inexplicably empty with the exception of the little thumbnail file that invariably gets created when you transfer files from a camera.



A hard target search was performed on every bit and byte on the hard drive in every conceivable folder and there's nothing. I am totally mystified. I do have two photos that I inserted into an email and sent to someone...more evidence that they were there...but that's it...all gone.



I'm trying to gather other peoples photos which may take a while so, as they say in the business, please stay tuned for further developments.
