Halloween

It was a pretty unusual Halloween this year...it didn't rain or snow. Jaimie got dressed up as a pirate for a costume contest at work, and Bec got into a purple fairy get-up for a party at the Higgins house.

Trick or treating was surprisingly light. I figured with the nice weather that we were in for a deluge of kids, but it didn't work out that way.

Jaimie came in fourth in the contest loosing out to a Where's Waldo, a Dumb and Dumber character, and a Pregnant Hillbilly. What's a pirate to do against competition like that?
